I have adopted and created  consent form for patch test and is sent with the appointment pack . Very useful

While I suspect full informed consent will eventually be required we should probably resist this unless we are adding patient to studies We send out a PIL prior to patch testing and have a tickbox on the patch test prescription…   Read more»

Wise advice.  Even with nickel, the relevance of allergy to it is difficult (Kimber and Basketter, 2022 in Dermatitis reviewed the topic).
